LATEST NEWS – 24 February 2026

The Amuri Board of Trustees accepted the resignation of Wally Jaimeson at their last meeting held on Thursday 19 February 2026. The Board consequently passed a resolution that they would fill the vacancy by selection. All eligible voters will receive notice of this intention on Wednesday 25 February via email, our school app, website and our FB page.

This notice is also to advise that Adam Williamson stood-down from holding the position of Presiding Member, he will remain on the Board. Will Flapper was nominated and elected as the new Presiding Member.

The Board would like to thank Adam for his time and valuable input during his tenure as Presiding Member and they wish Will all the best in his new position. We also thank Wally for his contributions to the Board over a number of years.
